Best Cardio Workout Treadmill – Bowflex Series 7 Treadmill

I first used the Bowflex Series 7 Treadmill at the local gym. I remember it’s almost always in use whenever I’m in the gym and I’ve heard many different people commented what a great machine this is. In fact, this is an award-winning treadmill and I find it to be really good for a cardio workout.

Provides comfort and good support
The Bowflex Series 7 Treadmill has a wide belt surface area and it is very well designed. I’m particular about stability and comfort- this machine wins my thumbs up for both features.

However,
This is a heavy and bulky machine
Stability and durability translates into solid weight and non-portable machine. It’s not exactly easy to fold up for storage. It you are looking to store the treadmill and take it out for easy assemble, you’ll probably want to consider other machines.

J Hamit (Amazon reviewer) had this to say about the Bowflex Series 7 Treadmill:
“I believe the weight also makes it an extremely sturdy machine. I am a 200 pound guy, and the machine has no trouble handling me when I run. It is very smooth, reasonably quiet, and the 3.0 horsepower motor has no trouble handling inclines or running. I have had health club memberships in the past, and this machine is as good, if not better, than some of the “commercial quality” machines I have used.”

Overall, this is an excellent treadmill. I’d recommend getting the Bowflex Series 7 Treadmill from Amazon for only $1299 and you get to enjoy a savings of up to $700. Considering that the machine ships for free, it’s a bargain!
